Ingredients

  • I zucchini
  • 1summer squash
  • 1/2red bell pepper
  • 1/4red onion
  • 1fresh jalapeno
  • I/4 cup of water
  • 1/4cooked rice
  • 1/2 table spoon chicken flavor bouillon or 1 package
  • 10fresh deveined shrimp

Steps

  1. 1

    Slowly simmer all veggie

    Let cool and pureed with hand blender.

  3. 3

    Season shrimps with o'bay spice and saute shrimp with butter.

  4. 4

    Cut up all veggie and place in pot with season and water.
