  1. 400 gmPrwan
  2. 1/2 tspBlack Mustard seeds
  3. 1 tspYellow mustard seeds
  4. 1 tspKhus khus / poppy seeds
  5. 4-5 piecesGreen chilli
  6. 1/2 tspKalonji / nigella
  7. 2 tbspMustared Oil
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 tspTurmeric powder

  1. 1

    Dressing the prawns and add salt and turmeric and marinated and keep it 10 min.

    At first take a mixer grinder and black,yellow Mustared, khus khus and green chilli mixed and make a smooth paste.

    Take a container add the paste and salt, turmeric powder and oil and mixed then add prawns and mixed well.

    Keep water to boil in a vessel put inside the jali stand and switch on the flame.

  5. 5

    As water boils put the container in water. Cover and cook it for 20 min.

    After 20 min check the prawns and serve hot with boiled rice.
