Mini Chocolate Cakes
This is my flop-proof chocolate cake recipe
Steps

Sift dry ingredients (castor sugar, cocoa, baking powder, cake flour) together

Beat egg yolks, sugar, vanilla essence, oil together

Add the sifted dry ingredients and add the boiling water

Beat egg whites until stiff

Fold into mixture

Bake at 180 deg for 20 minutes or until a tester comes out clean.

Top with chocolate ganache melt chocolate add dessert cream add chantilly fresh cream and caramel to centre top with chocolate curls, flake and and delicious chocolate sprinkles enjoy#bakeoff#
