Ingredients

  1. 4PC's rohu fish
  2. 100 mlcurd
  3. 1 tea spoonbesan
  4. 2 tblspoon onion juice
  5. 1 tblspoon ginger garlic juice
  6. 2-3Green chilli
  7. Halfteaspoon sugar
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Halfteaspoon turmeric powder
  10. Halfteaspoon garam masala powder
  11. Mustard oil as required
  12. 1 tea spoonghee
  13. 1bay leaf
  14. 1cinnamon stick
  15. 3Cardamom
  16. Handfulfreshly chopped coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Merinate the fish with salt and turmeric for 15 mins.

  2. 2

    Take a bowl mix curd,besan, onion juice, ginger garlic juice,salt,sugar. Whisk thoroughly to remove lumps.

    Heat oil in a pan fry the fish for 2 mins each sides. Put the fried fish aside.

  4. 4

    Add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, Cardamom saute for few seconds.add the smooth curd mixture and stir continuously.

  5. 5

    Cook the mixture for 5mins. Add water if required. Now add fried fish coat each side properly. Cook for 10 mins in medium to high flame.

  6. 6

    Add garam masala powder and ghee cook for 3 mins.

  7. 7

    Lastly add fresh chopped coriander leaves. Serve it with hot steam rice or pulaw.
