Ingredients

1 tbspWarm Water
2 tbspInstant Coffee Powder
2 cupsChilled Milk
2 tbspChocolate Sauce
3-4 tbspFresh Cream
2 tbspSugar
3 scoopsChocolate Chips Ice Cream
3-4Ice Cubes
Chocolate Chips Ice Cream and Chocolate Sauce for garnishing

Steps

In a small bowl, mix warm water and coffee powder and keep aside. Mix well.

In a blender jar, add milk, chocolate sauce, fresh cream and sugar. Blend till sugar dissolves. Then add prepared coffee mixture and ice cubes and again blend.

Then add chocolate chips ice cream and gently blend. Do not over blend.

Take serving glass. Decorate with chocolate sauce on the sides and brim of the glass. Fill 3/4 th glass with prepared coffee mixture.

Pour some froth on top of the mixture. Garnish with chocolate chips ice cream and chocolate sauce.
