Take a wide pan, add ghee, whole garam masala, cashews, saute well

Now add salt to the mixture, allow to cook in low flame for 10 minutes

Check for the carrots, once cooked, add the left over rice, salt, mix well, squeeze the lime juice

Garnish with the coriander leaves
