Ingredients

  1. 1 poundcooked salted black beans
  2. .5 poundmexican chorizo
  3. 2 tspcooking oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put cooking oil in stick free pan and heat to medium high heat.

  2. 2

    Add chorizo and cook for about 5 minutes stirring constantly for even cooking.

  3. 3

    Add cooked black bean to chorizo.

  4. 4

    Using a potato smasher smoosh the beans into the chorizo stirring occasionally so they dont stick.

  5. 5

    Serve alone, on hot dogs or with any entreé that goes with beans.
