  2. 30 gmCaster sugar
  3. 10 gmSalt
  4. 5 gmBread Improver
  5. 8 gmGluten Powder
  6. 25 gmMilk Powder
  7. 8 gmYeast
  8. 50 gmOil
  9. 450 mlWater

Cooking Instructions

22 to 24 minute

    Add these all item in dough mixer

  2. 2

    Give some rest for 5 to 8 minutes.

  3. 3

    Then cut 450 gm each and put it into proofer till it comes proof. After proofing bake it for 22 to 24 minutes in 195 degree temperature
