Steps

Place a pot of veg oil on a medium heat

Add onion stir for 2mins,add green and red bell pepper,garlic and ginger stir till half done

Add the perboiled rice,black pepper, Maggi cube,garlic,salt,shrimps and coconut milk,cover it till well cooked,incase,if the rice is still not yet done,cover the rice with a small sack or nylon and reduce the flame to the least

Then add the decicated coconut, turn it very well and serve with any sauce or protein and juice
