Preheat the oven at 190℃

Prepare the Muffin tin, put the cases

Beat sugar and margarine until fluffy, add the essence and continue mixing.

Ads the eggs, one at a time and mix well.

Incorporate flour alternating with milk. Dust the chocolate chip and fold them into the batter.

Pour into muffin cases, sprinkle afew chips on top of the batter (optional) bake for 18-20 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Serve with a cup of tea or glass of milk
