In pot add your beef, Maggi cubes with garlic/ginger paste and cook till tender, add your grated kayan miya cook for a while. Add your peeled, diced yam washed yam. Add seasonings to taste and curry. Allow it cook untill the yam fully cooked. Smash with some of yam. Garnish with some green bell pepper, spring onions and onions.... 😋😋😋
