Rinse chicken and set it aside. Soak dried chilli peppers in a bowl of water to rehydrate a bit. Squeeze lemons and limes, remove seeds, add juice and roughages to blender. Chop onions and blend with rest of ingredients. Put raw chicken in a bowl using a knife, poke holes in chicken for marinate to penetrate. Add blended marinade to bowl with chicken and marinade in a fridge for 30mns up to an hour or more. Layer a baking pan with foil with cooking oil spray. Remove chicken from fridge.

Add individual pieces to baking pan and let's bake for 1hr at 350dgrs.

Serve warm.
