Steps

Put flour in a bowl, add sugar, baking powder, milk...mix together, add water and mix until a smooth slightly thick paste is formed, add the raw egg and grated coconut, mix together.

Put a frying pan on fire,add vegetable oil (like you want to fry eggs) allow to get hot, pour in your pancake batter to form round shape. Allow pancake to cook on low heat, flip the other surface and fry also. Fry until golden brown. Continue this process until batter is finished.

Your pancakes are ready, serve hot with tea! I garnished mine with lemon... Tastes good too. Enjoy!
