Ingredients

  • 500 gmruhi fish
  • 1 cupfresh curd
  • 2 tbspmustrad seeds,cumin,paste
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 4green chilli
  • 1 tspDry garam masala
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1 tsp+1 tsp turmeric powder
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • as requiredOil
  • 1/2 tspfenugreek seeds

Steps

    Take a bowl add washed fish,salt &1tsp turmeric powder marinate nicely & shallow fry it.

    Heat a pan add oil add fenugreek seeds crackle & out it in the oil add dry garam masala crackle for a minutes.Then add chopped onion nicely cooked,add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste cooked nicely.Than add 1 chopped tomato cooked nicely.Then add turmeric powder,red chilli powder & curd nicely.Add mustard seeds paste cook 10 seconds.add water & salt cover it.After 5 mints add shallow fry fish & and cooked another 5 mint Off the flame.

    Curd fish is ready to eat.Serve with hot rice.
