Now finely grate the mango into small pieces.heat oil in a pan on high flame for a mint and then cumin seeds.

Once cumin seeds turn a bit into light golden colour turn thecstove toblow flame.

Add grated mango and cookn30 mint.keep strring.add salt red chilli and sugar mix well.afer 5 chutney has thickened switch off the stove.keep itcaside to cool down.

Once it's cool own, it is ready to serve and enjoy with any meal.
