Everyone knows parma ham but there's another type that in my opinion, is even nicer. It comes from a lovely town in the north east called San Daniele. It has a sweeter taste and is perfect for salads, of course parma ham works too! Just 3 ingredients for this light summer salad, plus a bit of black pepper if you fancy :) #salad #italian #lunch

The ham, the mushrooms, the cheese

Take the ham out of the fridge 20 before serving, makes it easier to pull the slices apart without breaking. Arrange on a plate. Cut a piece of cheese and place in the middle

Drain the mushrooms, place all over and that's it, so quick and trust me, delicious! Add pepper if you want and serve with bread :)
