Was tired of eating rice. Then just thought of Um Yuman's post on this and decided to try it. It is very easy and simple to make as well as taste wonderful but when next am doing it I might skip the black seed because I didn't like the scent#RamadanContest

Just mix everything together until a pliable dough is attained. Close with a towel and keep in a warm place until it triple it size.

Dust your working surface and transfer dought unto it. Knead very well and roll into a circle. Use a cup to remove the shapes and close for 30mins until it has risen up

Drizzle a little oil in a non-skick pan and put on a medium to low heat. Arrange the mini breads inside. Brown both side.

It can be enjoyed with any sauce or peppersoup
