Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 cupsboiled Githeri
  • 2tomatoes
  • 2large carrots
  • 1large green bell pepper
  • 2 bunchspring onions
  • 1 tspcurry powder
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 1 tsptumeric
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil
  • 1green chilli finely chopped
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1/2 cupchicken broth

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute onions for 1 min.Add carrots. Add spices and cook for 2 mins stirring constantly.

  2. 2

    Add ginger and garlic paste mix inn then add tomatoes n salt mix n low heat n cook for 3-4 mins until tomatoes are tender.

  3. 3

    Add bell pepper mix inn then finally add githeri and mix in well to incorporate the flavors.Cook covered in medium low heat for 5 mins if its too dry you can add 1/2 cup chicken or beef broth.

    Enjoy with some greens,beef stew or guacamole
