Wash and parboil your rice and set aside, wash your chicken and steam spices

Pour your oil and fry the chicken till brown remove from the oil and fry the onions, pepper,curry,tomatoes and seasonings fry till dry, then add chicken stock, water and salt, allow to boil

Pour the rice and cook till water is dried, add green peas, sweet corn and stir. Serve with chicken
