  6. Sugar
  7. 2 tbspoil
  8. Stuffing:
  9. 500 gcottage cheese
  10. 1egg
  11. 3 tbspsour cream
  12. Chopped scallions
  13. Chopped parsley
  14. Salt Pepper

    Let the crepes cool down. Meanwhile chop and mix all stuffing ingredients.
