This easy Cold Pasta Salad recipe is a great side dish all year round. My family loved it !!

It’s loaded with apple as well as crunchy vegetables such as belle pepper,carrots,tomatoes cucumbers, and sweet corn. All of these vegetables are readily available year round.

P.s-
▪️It is made with no meat but sausage and pepperoni can be added into this .
▪️Do not over cooked your pasta
▪️Rinse your pasta under cold water to remove starch
▪️Refrigerate your pasta for awesome flavour

Ingredients

3 peoples
  1. 1 cuppasta (boiled)
  2. Veggies of your choice
  3. Fruits of your choice
  4. 1 tbspOlive oil
  5. 1 tspOregano 🌿
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Black pepper
  8. Mayonnaise
  9. Tomato ketchup

Steps

  1. 1

    Boiled the pasta add 2-3 drops of olive oil and a pinch of salt

    Now chopped all the fruits & veggies and mix it well with other ingredients

    Now add boiled pasta in it.Mix it well and refrigerate it for atleast 1 hour before serving.
