Steps

Wash the potatoes unpeeled and boil them for 5 minutes.

Soak them in cold water so that they cool down

Peel them and cut them in bhajia shape

Grate the garlic and onion

Cut coriander leaves into tiny pieces

Mix coriander, garlic paste, onion paste and flour and salt then add water mix it into a thick paste.

Heat the oil in a pan

Dip the potatoes into the thick paste then dip fry them.

Enjoy the bhajia with kachumbari or pilipili
