I love to eat pasta...so I tried to make it little healthy and easy to cook by keeping minimal ingredients so that it can be made in a jiffy.

I love to eat pasta...so I tried to make it little healthy and easy to cook by keeping minimal ingredients so that it can be made in a jiffy.
Steps

Cook pasta till al dente with little bit oil and salt in the water or according to packet instructions.Strain the pasta and keep it aside.You can use any pasta.

In a pan heat olive oil and add the mixed frozen veggies.saute them for 2 mins only.

Mix all the dry spices, herbs and sauces in a bowl.

In a mixing bowl add pasta add mix veggies.

Now add cucumber and tomato.

Add the prepared sauce and toss everything.

Sprinkle some sesamme seeds for garnishing.

Keep the pasta for 10 mins in fridge covered and serve cold.
