Steps

Mix the tomato sauce and the chicken marinade sauce and apply on the Mini pizza bases as concasse.

Braise the chopped onion and green pepper together. Add the BBQ spice as required and some salt to taste.

Slice the red viennas and add into onion and pepper mixture and allow to cook for 5-7 minutes whilst continually stirring.
- 4
Put the pizza mixture on the pizza base and top it with some grated cheddar cheese, sprinkled with mixed herbs
- 5
Place in an oven dish and put in the oven for 3-4 minutes @200°c
