4Bread slices
1Cucumber finely chopped
1onion finely chopped
1tomato finely chopped
1small capsicum finely chopped
as requiredButter
as requiredCheese slices
as per tasteBlack pepper
as per tasteSalt

Steps

In a bowl mix all chopped vegetables.

Spread the butter on bread slices.

Layer the chopped mix vegetables
Sprinkle the black pepper and salt and place the cheese slice on it.

Cover with another slice and grill.

Cut it into two pieces and serve with chutney and ketchup.
