Mix ginger garlic cloves and soy sause in a bown then dice the chicken pour in the mixture,,put in a plastic bag put in the fridge for one hour

Put cooking oil in the frying pan then add your chicken fry on medium heat till brown add a little salt,,,, serve with your meal of choice
