Kachoris are everyone’ favourite snack.These besan kachoris are super tasty.The besan filling is easy to prepare.Enjoy simply with chutney or you can prepare kachori chaat out of it.
Steps

First we’ll prepare the filling.Heat a heavy bottomed pan or kadhai.Add 1 tbsp oil to it.Add gram flour and roast it for about 5 minutes on low flame.As it's colour starts to change,add the dry spices to it.Add 1 tbsp water to it and mix well.Again roast by continuously stirring for about 5-7 minutes more on low flame.Switch off the flame.Now add 1 tbsp salt/as per taste to it.Mix well and transfer to a plate.Keep aside and let it cool down.

Take a vessel and add gram flour,whole wheat flour,4 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp salt to it.Mix well.Add required amount of water and prepare a semi soft dough.Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Take a small amount of dough.Roll it and put the filling in it.Press it between your palms to give it the shape of kachori.Fill all the kachoris in the same manner.

Heat a heavy bottomed kadhai and add oil to it.Let it be on low flame so that the oil doesn’t get too hot.Add kachoris and fry them on low to medium flame.Transfer to the serving plate.Enjoy with coriander or Imli Chutney.
