Sift your flour in a rubber,add baking powder,butter,nut meg,pinch of salt and water to form a soft dough...knead for about 13-15 minutes then keep aside and close to rest.

In a pan sauté your mince meat and scotch bonnet,onions,add maggi and spice and oil

Go back to your dough and bring it out,find a clean surface and roll it flat then put your meat and fold it to caterpillar shape.

Rub some egg on it nd bake....enjoy
