Let make a dough

In a deep pan take all purpose flour. Add salt and crushed carom seeds. Add ghee to it. Mix it well till a nice bread crumbs consistency.

Knead a dough with chill water.

Keep it aside to set for at least 15-20 minutes.

Let’s prepare our stuffing.

For that take a pan add oil to it.

Let the oil heated up. Then add hing and cumin seeds.

Once cumin seeds start cracking. Add all dry masala. Keep your flame on low-medium. Cook all dry masala for one minute.

Now add mashed potatoes.

Mix it well and cover and cook for couple of minutes.

Let it cool down completely. Then add cheese to it.

Take a small ball of dough. Make tennis size ball out of it. Roll it to require size. Cut from the middle. Make a fine shape out of those.

Fill in the stuffing and seal it properly.

Fry these samosas on low flame.
