Ingredients

  1. 5Kaadai
  2. 2 tbspChilli powder(if u want more spicy add extra)
  3. 1 tbspCoriander powder
  4. 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  5. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  6. 2 tspLemon juice
  7. 3 tspSalt
  8. As neededOil-required for deep frying(always prefer mara chekku oil)

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean Kaadai well,add chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder to it and mix well.

  2. 2

    Now add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
    Add salt and pour the lemon juice to it and mix well again.

  3. 3

    All the pieces must be coated well.
    Let it marinate for 1/2hr.
    Pour oil in a deep fry pan and put pieces according to your pan size and cover it with lid.

  4. 4

    So that it must be easy to turn it.
    Keep flame in medium and fry it till it turns brown.

  5. 5

    Turn the other side and fry until it becomes full brown colour.

  6. 6

    When it's fully cooked take out in a plate with tissue as extra oil can be absorbed.

  7. 7

    Now Kaadai 65 is ready.Enjoy
