Ingredients

  1. 100 gramsPaneer
  2. 1 teaspooncorriander chutney
  3. 1 teaspoonimli chutney
  4. For slurry: 1 teaspoon maida/ wheat flour
  5. Little water
  6. 1/4 teaspoonSalt
  7. 1 teaspooncorriander finely chopped
  8. For crust: 2 urad dal papad Olive oil for frying 1 teaspoon Mustard sauce 1 teaspoon Tomato sauce to drizzle on top

Steps

  1. 1

    Take paneer pieces and make two slits vertically maintaining the joint at the base.

  2. 2

    Apply corriander chutney inside one slit and imli chutney inside other slit. Keep aside.

  3. 3

    Make a slurry of maida and very little water of flowing consistency. And add salt and chopped corriander to it.

  4. 4

    Take urad dal papad and crush them in grinder, spread on a plate.

  5. 5

    Now take paneer pieces one by one. Dip it in slurry and roll over crushed papad. Similarly prepare all pieces.

  6. 6

    Shallow fry them in olive oil till golden brown.

  7. 7

    Your paneer dhamaka bars are ready to use.

  8. 8

    For plating drizzle some mustard sauce and tomato ketchup.
