Take a bowl n add potatoes n cholay

Then add onions,green chillies,chaat masala,coriander n mint leaves,yougurt, lime juice n sweet turmarind chutney n paapri.

For turmarind chutney..Dissolve half cup tarmarind in 1 cup water n add 1 tbsp honey n mix it.

Serve cholay chaat hot.
