Steps

  1. 1

    Cut and boil the sweet potatoes and plantain to boil add salt to taste.

  2. 2

    Break the eggs,beat and keep.

  3. 3

    Fry onion,pepper,tomatoes,ginger,salt in oil fry a bit pour in egg fry a little before turning it off
