  • 20-30 cmspring onion
  • to tastePepper and salt
  • 2 cubeConsommé

    Cut spring onion

    Make consommé soup (600ml) and simmer spring onion.

    Stir egg and put in boiling soup.

    Stir immediately and cook for 10 seconds and turn off the fire.
