Ingredients

  1. 2Boiled potato medium
  2. 1-2Green chillies
  3. 1/2 tspJeera
  4. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/4 cupBadam (ground nut)
  7. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  8. 2 cupsMaida
  9. As neededOil sufficient to deep fry

  1. 1

    Cut the boiled potatoes in very small cube shape. In a pan add 1 tsp oil, add jeera, fried badam, chopped gree chilli and stir for few seconds.Now add potato cubes, turmeric, salt, red chilli poder, jeera powder. Stir for sometime till all the ingredients are mixed with potato cubes nicely. Keep the aside to let it cool down.

    In a bown, take maida, pinch of salt, 1 tsp oil mix it. Now add water to make dough. Take one poori dough on roti chakki make it poori shape, cut it in half portion. Now take one half poori, roll it into cone shape, fill the mixture. Now close the open portion by applying little hot water in one of the open side and atrach with the other side of the open portion ao that it makes samosa shape. Deep fry in oil. Serve it with tamerind chutney or tomato sauce.
