Ingredients

  1. 1 ltrMilk
  2. 1/2 cup or to tasteSugar
  3. 1/2 cupMawa
  4. 200 mlFresh cream
  5. 1 cupMix fruit
  6. Jelly for garnishing -
  7. 1 tbspAlmond-( chopped)
  8. 1 tbspPista-( chopped)
  9. 1 tbspKishmish
  10. 3 tbspCustard powder-
  11. 1 & 1/2 cupBoiled falooda vermicelli

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan pour milk and bring to a boil add sugar.cook till sugar is dissolved and add mawa.

  2. 2

    Take 1/2 cup of milk add custard powder and mix well pour in a milk and whisk continuously till desired consistency. Then add boiled falooda vermicelli + kishmish + almond + pista and mix well.

  3. 3

    Let it cool completely then add 1 cup of fresh fruits(mix) and fresh cream mix it.

  4. 4

    Serve in a bowl garnish with jelly cubes.
