Take all ingredients, add milk powder in 1 cup milk.

Dissolve nicely, no lumps,much in a litre milk.

Mix it,start the milk to boil.

Boil it at least 10 to 15 minutes, do not burn.in a container take ready curd.

After cooling the milk in room temperature transfer into the container.(Lukewarm milk)mix properly and cover it with lid.

Put this container to warm place of your kitchen for 4 to 5 hours.then place into the fridge.see the curd i am cutting it.
