Ingredients

  1. 500 gmmooli grated
  2. Salt as your taste
  3. Onion 1 Chopped
  4. 1 tspRoasted zeera powder
  5. 1 tspRoasted red chilli powder
  6. Coriander leaves as required
  7. 2 tbspOil
  8. Ingredients for dough🌼🌻🌼
  9. 4 cupWheat flour
  10. 1 tspSalt
  11. Water to make dough
  12. Ghee/oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    👀🌾Method 👀🌾❤

    Take a pan and Heat oil add grated moli,salt,roasted zeera,roasted red chilli powder, chopped onion and make sauth

  2. 2

    Then add coriander leaves then switch off the flame

  3. 3

    Mix wheat flour with salt and water make into a dough, keep for 20 minutes,

  4. 4

    Divide the dough, make into balls, roll out in small circle keep aside roll another ball in same size put some filling in center of one circle

  5. 5

    And cover with other one press them together to seal the sides roll out again to make a roti,

  6. 6

    Heat tawa, fry paratha by adding ghee on both sides make golden brown.

  7. 7

    Serve with dahi and achar or any kind of chutni which do you like
