Mash the boiled potatos add 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black paper 1 tsp chaat masala then take some oil in your hand and make balls from the potato mixture in some balls add cheese in the middle then make all the balls

And heat a fry pan add oil that much that you can shallow fry the balls then shallow fry them and when fried take out in a plate and enjoy and eat with ketchup thank you
