Soak urad dal for 4hrs and grind with lil water and salt take out in a bowl then add pinch of baking soda mix it well and keep for 20mins aside

Take curd and add sugar and whisk well.. be prepared with all serving ingredients

In a kadai take oil for frying and deep fry the vadas and soak in cold water and after 5 mins squeeze excess water and keep prepared for serving

In a serving dish take the squeezed vadas spread curd, green chutney, tamarind chutney, chilli powder, chaat masala, sev and pomeogranate seeds and it's ready to serve
