Steps

Mix ginger garlic paste with salt crushed pepper, chilli powder and turmeric powder.

Add soya sauce to it and mix it well to firm a thick paste

Add the cubed chicken and vegetables to it.. Mix it well to get it coated completely

Store in it freezer overnight and next day defreeze it and arrange in in skewers alternating between meat and vegetables

Grill it in otg oven or shallow fry it in a pan
- 6
Garnish it with lemon juice while serving
