In a bowl add the wet ingredients (eggs, vanilla essence, oil, milk) and beat well. Add the dry ingredients (sifted flour, baking powder, sugar) and mix well till you have a smooth batter. If the batter is slightly thick add little more milk. Place spoonfuls into a greased non-stick pan (I use a flat toaster and takes 4) and cook on both sides for 3 mins or till cooked.
