For the dough, mix flour, salt, sugar, oil, yeast, black pepper and water, knead until a soft dough is formed, cover it and leave it to rise until it's double in size

For the fillings, fry oil with onions, garlic, scothbonnet, then add washed minced meat,seasoning and spices, cover and allow it to cook, add little water if the meat is not soft, then add parsley and sweet pepper. Allow it to cool

Roll the dough and cut into triangles,then arrange on a baking tray in a circular motion

Mix butter, oil, garlic and parsley, then brush the arranged dough, and put the fried minced meat

Spread grated mozzarella cheese on top and cover with the angular edges,then brush it again with butter & garlic paste

Bake in a preheated oven for 15- 20 mins and it's done. Serve with mustard and ketchup or with dipping sauce of choice 😋
