Ingredients

  1. 1. Butter - as needed to fry
  2. Marinate 1:
  3. 1. Chicken - 300 gm
  4. 2. Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon
  5. 3. Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
  6. 4. Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  7. 5. Ginger garlic - 1 tsp
  8. 6. Salt - pinch
  9. Marinate 2:
  10. 1. Hung curd - 1/2 cup
  11. 2. Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  12. 3. Salt - as needed
  13. 4. Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
  14. 5. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  15. 6. Chat masala - 1 tsp
  16. 7. Lemon - 1/2
  17. 8. Orange colour - pinch

Steps

  1. 1

    1. Clean the chicken in running cold water and slice on the thick places and marinate with lemon juice, Chilli powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and salt. Marinate this for minimum 1 hour in fridge.

    2. In a bowl add all the ingredients under the topic Marinate 2. Mix the mixture nicely, now add marinated chicken to this and mix it. keep this for 10 minutes

    3. Heat but in pan add marinated chicken close with lid and cook in butter both sides nice crisp..

    4. Drain the excess butter in paper towel serve hot with lemon wedges and sliced onions.
