Start by parboiling the pasta and drain.set aside.in a pot add half cup vegetable oil and heat. Add sliced onions and fry till translucent. Add grated pepper, ginger and garlic paste.stir fry for 3mins.add cooked dry fish,maggi, salt,mixed spices and chicken stock.stir and bring to a boil.add the pasta and stir to combine. Put on low heat and cover the lid. Cook till the water is absorbed.remove from heat and allow to sit for 5mins before serving. Enjoy!
