Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgprawns
  • 2-3 tbscornflour
  • 1 tbsmaida
  • 1 tbsPaprika
  • Salt
  • 1 tbssoya sauce
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/4 tspwhite pepper
  • For sauce:
  • 2 tbsmayonnaise
  • 1 tbsketchup
  • 1/2 tbssiracha sauce or chilli sauce
  • 1 tsppaprika

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the prawns with all the ingredients except the sauce ones.

  2. 2

    Mix mayonnaise ketchup siracha sauce and paprika

  3. 3

    Deep fry marinated prawns and toss in sauce
