  • 1/2 kgMinced meat
  • Garlic1tsp
  • Boiled potatoes 1/2 kilo
  • 1 pcLemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Egg for egg wash 1 egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes.

  2. 2

    Mashed the potatoes until soft.

  3. 3

    Add blue band,salt ginger,lemon and mash them together.

  4. 4

    Fry the minced meat with the spices of your choice.make the potatoes round in shape,put minced inside and make it round again.coat with breadcrumbs and egg wash and fry.enjoy
