  • 500 gmbaingan
  • 1 tspfennel seeds
  • 1 tspamchur powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • as neededcoriander leaves
  • pinchHing
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take all small round being an,wash and dry,slit in 4 pieces

  2. 2

    Add all spices in a bowl

  3. 3

    Stuff all baingan

  4. 4

    Heat oil add cumin and saute baingan

  5. 5

    Cook till baingan become soft and serve.
