Ingredients

  1. 2Chicken chop pieces
  2. 2 tspMaida
  3. 1 tspCornflour
  4. 1/2 spoonMixed herbs
  5. To tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 tspGarlic powder
  7. 1Egg
  8. As requiredBread crumbs
  9. As neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients together,spread the bread crumbs on a plate.Now beat the egg in a bowl keep aside.

    Take chicken pieces coat flour and coat egg and coat flour again and lastly coat bread crumbs And fry both sides well.. Remember to add oil to fry that cover the chicken pieces fully.

  3. 3

    And keep on medium flame to fry. Serve with sauce.
