Wash your chicken an put in a pot

Add sliced onions and spices of ur taste with little salt and little water

Put it on fire and allow to cook

Drain in a collander and allow to cool

Heat your oil in a pan and fry

For the sauce,grate ur tattasai attarugu and albasa

In a diffent pot add little oil and stir fry your kayan miya. I use to add some part of ruwan tafashe in the sauce,little spice and allow to cook for 2minutes

Put the fried chicken in the sauce and mix everything.Now add ur ganyen lawashi and off the cooking stove.

The steam is OK for the lawashi to cook. Your peppered chicken is ready
